Mark is a Jersey Advocate who was called to the Jersey Bar in July 2004 having been called to the English Bar (Middle Temple) in 2001. Mark joined Mourant in 2006 and specialises in all aspects of residential and commercial property work.  Here in the Property department Mark has a reputation for being unflappable in a crisis, perhaps because he once served as an Officer in the Royal Navy. He is yet to discredit this reputation and we admire Mark for being a calm yet insightful lawyer and a safe pair of hands.
